My journey from the skies as a flight attendant with Virgin Atlantic to the gym as Coach Tim has been anything but ordinary. For 13 years, I soared through the clouds, spending most of my time flying across the USA and navigating the highs and lows of a career in aviation.

Throughout those years, fitness remained my anchor. It started with my teenage years as a competitive swimmer, a passion that grew into a love for the gym as I transitioned into adulthood. Despite the unpredictable nature of my job, I always found solace and joy in staying active and healthy.

In 2020, I took a leap of faith, leaving my career with Virgin Atlantic to pursue my dream of becoming Coach Tim. Over the past four years, I've dedicated myself to perfecting my craft as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach, learning valuable lessons along the way about what truly matters in fitness and wellness.
